  11. I've been trying for weeks to upgrade my Bitware v3 software to the
  12. latest version 4. I've faxed and emailed orders and follow-ups to
  13. Cheyenne repeatedly, to every address that I can find, but, apart from
  14. an advice from their Technical Support people to contact the upgrade
  15. dept at fax 516-484-5220 (which I've done), I've had no response.

  17. Has anyone here managed to get Bitware 4, and if so, can you *please*
  18. let me know how you did it?
